IT’s all in the details

Here’s the TEA..

At Wildflowers and Roses, I offer luxury results over relatable conversation and organic relationship. Know that you will be welcomed in with a warm cup of tea or freshly filtered water. Plan to be pampered with a steamy hot towel and an extra long scalp massage. If you booked an 8am appointment on a week day morning, plan some extra time for your arrival and navigating through that AM traffic.

How much time should i allow for my appointment?

We take our time with each detail, so plan to stay for a little while. For first time haircut guests, allow 1 hour of time. For first time cut and color guests, please set aside 3 to just over 3 hours of time. If you’re just hoping for that organic color goodness without the trim, allow for at least 2 hours and 45 minutes. Experience and results are equally important at the salon. These times are close estimates for the average head of hair. If you are blessed with more than the average amount of hair, be sure to mention that and allow 15 to 30 minutes of extra time.

What’s your space like?

Wildflowers and Roses is sweetly tucked away in my home’s daylight basement. We sit right up against the beautiful Blodgett Ranch open space foothills. The space soaks in early afternoon natural light and holds peeps of many live plants sprinkled throughout. Clean air is crucial for in salon health, so we keep Air Doctors running and air flow moving. There are no toxic chemical services provided in the space or harsh cleaning chemicals used, so you can expect to only smell the aromas of tamed organic hair color and touches of life with a growing family. We also highly value intentionally clean water, so we offer either Reverse Osmosis or Berkey fluoride filtered options for each guest. You’ll have access to a bathroom, just for clients, as well. Sadly, I am currently not handicap accessible but would be happy to refer you to an organic space that is.
