I’m Sam, one who wears many hats, including the visionary behind this sweet and sacred in-home salon, Wildflowers and Roses. I have a deep-rooted passion for healthy and whole beauty as well as loving people. I’m an Indiana native, but feel most at home nestled up against the rockies. After settling along the foothills and navigating a path to pursue healthy, low toxic and minimal footprint beauty, my passion for this industry has been reignited in a whole new way. 2025 rings in 13 years of day making for me! Standing behind the chair is about so much more than creating beautiful hair for me. It probably won’t take you long to see that. My deepest hope for Wildflowers + Roses is to give you a space to feel seen, welcomed, and loved all alongside healthy, organic hair and genuine connection.

I fell head over heels for an ammonia free color line, called Organic Colour Systems, with your health in mind. Not only does this color line have ZERO ammonia, but it is PETA certified, vegan friendly, paraben free, packaged with fully recyclable material, 65% organic, 95% natural, boasting the lowest levels of PPD/PTD pigments for permanent hair color longevity, and is gluten and GMO free. There are no limits with this new color technology functioning at a lower PH level than other options, leaving your hair healthier and stronger all while kicking the chemicals (and that awful hair color smell) to the curb.
